The open plan living area has high vaulted ceilings with comfortable sofas and little extras such as a well-stocked book library and board games. There is a table and seating for two people.
The bedroom has a luxurious king sized bed with ample wardrobe space.
The bedroom and living area look out onto the central courtyard, and the property has its own patio complete with patio furniture for you to enjoy on sunny days or starry nights.
There is private parking on site. All electricity included in price, as is a welcome pack for your arrival.

We stayed at Bucklaw for a week’s holiday in September. The cottage is very well equipped, clean and comfortable – a real home from home. It is also in a perfect spot to enjoy all the amenities which Alnwick has to offer and to be able to explore the rest of Northumberland Bucklaw is also in such a peaceful spot it’s hard to believe the close proximity of the A1! We enjoyed our holiday so much we have already booked for 2015.

Wonderful holiday, beautiful quaint location in the heart of Northumberland. A tastefully decorated and immaculately presented cottage with all we needed for our holiday.
Greeted with a very friendly welcome and we enjoyed a comfortable stay
We will definitely be returning!
